3D Printing and Designing

FAB-252605

Active Module

Module Overview

3D Printing and Designing is a digital fabrication process that enables the creation of physical objects from digital 3D models. This course introduces students to the complete workflow — from designing models using 3D modeling software to preparing files for printing and operating a 3D printer. Students will learn the fundamentals of additive manufacturing, slicing techniques, material selection, and printer operation. The course focuses on transforming creative ideas into functional prototypes through hands-on design and printing experience.
